Beschreibung

The Digi PortServer II has been a workhorse terminal server for may years. It comes in 16-port desktop and 16-port rack mount versions, each of which can be expanded up to 64 ports using Digi PORTS Modules.

The PortServer II is an ideal solution for retail, industrial automation, process/quality control or any application that requires the connection of multiple serial ports over Ethernet. It has long been used for console management of servers, routers, hubs, and switches.

The PortServer II supports dial-up and LAN-to-LAN connections for TCP/IP remote access to your corporate LAN or the internet over Fram Relay and analog lines.

Digi RealPort drivers provide local serial port functionality, TTY for UNIX and COM ports for Windows, as well as incoming and outgoing Rlogin and Telnet sessions on each port. The Digi Port Authority-Remote provides monitoring and graphing of network and serial activity.
