Beschreibung

Sunix universal PCI Multi-port serial card provides RS-232 Serial and Parallel connection ports on your system for industrial communication and automation applications. The 4079 card works on both 32-bit and 64-bit PCI Bus with 3.3V or 5V power, allowing this multi-port serial card to be installed in virtually any PC system and compatible with all major operating systems. The card supports multi independent RS-232 ports, with each port transfer data up to 921.6 Kbps and the parallel ports offers speed up to 2.7 MB/sec. Sunix universal PCI Multi-port serial cards is the best solution for various industrial communication and automation applications.

Sunix’s 4079D card also has a special function built-in. The function, which is developed and registered by Sunix, is called Re-Map. This feature is made for use with devices which designed to work only in specific address like the COM1 or COM2 port. The Re-Map function allows user to manually adjust the I/O address to the following specific address 3F8, 3E8, 2F8, and 2E8.

Sunix’s 4079P card is specially designed to allow power output from the ninth pin of the connector to enable power up of the connected devices without power adapter. The card allow user to set each individual port with 5V, 12V, or RI (no power). User can also choose to draw the needed power from the system PCI bus or the external system power supply. Each of the connected has a built-in circuit protection to prevent damage from excessive current and short circuit of the connected devices.
