MOXA PT-G503-PHR-PTP

Die Redundanz-Boxen (RedBoxes) der Serie PT-G503-PHR-PTP sind konform mit den neuesten standardisierten Redundanzprotokollen für industrielle Automationsnetzwerke gemäß IEC 62439-3 Clause 4 (Parallel Redundancy Protocol, PRP) und IEC 62439-3 Clause 5 (High-availability Seamless Redundancy, HSR). PRP/HSR gewährleistet die höchste Systemverfügbarkeit und Datenintegrität für betriebskritische Anwendungen in Umspannwerken und/oder Prozessautomationssystemen, die eine Redundanz mit einer Wiederherstellungszeit von null erfordern.
Die redundanten Protokolle Kopplung und QuadBox werden ebenfalls unterstützt. Bei Kopplung und QuadBox können HSR-Ringe miteinander verbunden werden, um das redundante Netzwerk vielseitiger einsetzbar zu machen. Die Serie PT-G503-PHR-PTP verfügt über drei 10/100/1000BaseT(X)- und 100/1000BaseSFP-Slot-Combo-Ports.
Ein Slot (INTERLINK-Port) ist für eine interne Verbindung mit einem SAN (Single Attached Node) vorgesehen. Die beiden anderen Ports (für LAN A und LAN B) dienen zur Kommunikation nach dem redundanten PRP/HSR-Protokoll. Mit diesem Full-Gigabit-Ethernet-Port-Konzept bietet die Serie PT-G503-PHR-PTP eine hohe Leistungsfähigkeit für PRP/HSR-Systeme.
Die Serie PT-G503-PHR-PTP arbeitet außerdem mit dem hardwarebasierten PTP gemäß IEEE 1588v2, wenn sie bei zeitkritischen Anwendungen im transparenten End-to-End-Einzelschritt-Clock-Modus betrieben wird, und verfügt über galvanisch getrennte redundante Versorgungsspannungseingänge mit Spannungsbereich von 24/48 VDC oder 110/220 VDC/VAC, um die Zuverlässigkeit der Stromversorgung zu erhöhen.
