Präzise Datenerfassung

ioPAC 8500 RTUs von Moxa bieten Samplingraten im kHz-Bereich am Analogeingang und geben Ingenieuren damit die Datenpräzision im Analogbereich, die sie zur korrekten Analyse von Ereignissen brauchen. Außerdem können die ioPAC 8500 RTUs über die Pre-Recording-Funktion für Analogeingänge analoge Eingangsdaten ununterbrochen vor einem Event-Triggerpunkt aufzeichnen und damit einen verbesserten Datensatz erzielen.

Nachhaltige Systemzuverlässigkeit

Die ioPAC 8500 RTU-Controller erfüllen die Eisenbahn-Standards EN 50155, EN 50121-3-2 und EN 50121-4. Diese verlangen, dass Produkte hohe Vibrationen widerstehen, sowie Überspannungs- und ESD-Schutz für die Spannungsversorgungs- und Kommunikationsanschlüsse aufweisen. Sie können auch in einem erweiterten Betriebstemperaturbereich von -40 bis 75°C arbeiten.

Einfache Datenaufzeichnung

Die ioPAC 8500 RTU-Controller von Moxa werden zusammen mit der patentierten Active OPC-Server und DA-Center-Software von Moxa geliefert. Active OPC-Server fügt dem normalen OPC-Protokoll eine nicht-pollende Architektur hinzu und ermöglicht Anwendern damit, die Vorteile der push-basierten Kommunikation von den Moxa-Controllern an SCADA-Systeme zu nutzen. Das DA-Center stellt wiederum eine Standard-OPC-Schnittstelle zur Verfügung, die zur Echtzeitdatensammlung mit Moxa Active OPC-Server kommuniziert.

Einfache Bereitstellung

Die modularen ioPAC 8500 RTU-Controller von Moxa unterstützen einen vielseitigen Satz von I/O-Modulen. Durch die kompakte Größe und das modulare Design sind die ioPAC 8500 ideal für Schränke mit begrenztem Raum. Alle I/O-Module sind hot-swap-fähig, damit Anwender Module ersetzen können, ohne das System herunterzufahren.
