Beschreibung

Die eigenständigen und kompakten Managed Ethernet Switches der Baureihe EDS-528E mit 28 Ports bieten 4 gigabitfähige Kombi-Ports mit integrierten RJ45- oder SFP-Slots für die Glasfaser-Gbit-Datenübertragung. Durch die Vielzahl der möglichen Kupfer- und Glasfaser-Anschlussoptionen der 24 Fast-Ethernet-Ports ermöglicht die Reihe EDS-528E mehr Flexibilität bei der Auslegung Ihrer Netzwerke und Anwendungen. Im Ethernet-Betrieb werden die Redundanzprotokolle Turbo Ring™, Turbo Chain™, RSTP/STP und MSTP unterstützt, was die Systemzuverlässigkeit und Verfügbarkeit Ihres Netzwerk-Backbones erhöht. Die Serie EDS-528E unterstützt außerdem fortschrittliche Management- und Sicherheitsfunktionen.

Darüber hinaus ist die Reihe EDS-528E speziell für den Einsatz unter rauen Industriebedingungen bei begrenztem Einbauplatz und hohen Schutzanforderungen konzipiert, wie z. B. in den Bereichen Marine, Schienenverkehr, Öl und Gas sowie Industrie- und Prozessautomation.
