Der SIMATIC IPC647D ist ein robuster und extrem kompakter Industrie-PC in 19" Design (2U). Er eignet sich besonders für die platzsparende Realisierung von schnellen Rechen- und Visualisierungsaufgaben, z.B. Bild- und Datenverarbeitung oder industrielle Serveranwendungen. Mit einer Größe von nur 2 Höheneinheiten und einer geringen Einbautiefe nutzt er den Platz in 19" Standardschaltschränken (ab 500 mm) optimal aus.

Trotz seiner hohen Kompaktheit kann er dank vier langer Slots flexibel skaliert und erweitert werden:

  • Die PCs profitieren von einem Hardware-RAID-Controller für RAID1/5-Konfigurationen mit 4x 1TB SAS-Festplatten* in einem Hot-Swap-Rahmen und optionaler 240 GB SSD.
  • Die redundante Stromversorgung und Festplatten in der RAID-Gruppe können mit der SIMATIC IPC DiagMonitor Diagnosesoftware überwacht werden.
