Modularer automotive Gateway für Telematik-Anwendungen

Mit der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung im Alltag wächst auch die Nachfrage nach multifunktionaler Konnektivität in Fahrzeugen jeglicher Art rasant. Der multifunktionale automotive Gateway NG800 im IP69K-Gehäuse eignet sich für den Einsatz in rauer Umgebung und bietet die notwendige robuste Kommunikation zwischen On-Board Fahrzeugausstattung und Cloud-Anwendungen. Das modulare Konzept aus Software, Elektronik und mechanische Komponenten erlaubt die Optimierung für spezifische Zielanwendungen.

Für die drahtlose Kommunikation integriert der NG800 ein LTE Modem, einem eUICC-fähigen SIM-Chip (MFF2), WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n, GNSS mit Dead Reckoning, IMU sowie Bluetooth Low Energy.
Über einen Molex CMC 48-Pin Stecker lassen sich drahtgebundene Schnittstellen wie CAN, Fast Ethernet, Automotive Ethernet oder RS-232 anschliessen. Mit seiner IP69K-Konformität dank einer thermoplastischen Abdeckung und einer Aluminium-Bodenplatte ist der NG800 für den Einsatz in rauer Umgebung und ausserhalb des Fahrzeugs konzipiert.

Die Software basiert auf bewährten Komponenten wie einem Embedded Linux und einer leistungsfähigen Kommunikationsprotokollsuite sowie VPN-Technologien wie OpenVPN. Kundenspezifische Softwareerweiterungen können über ein ausgeklügeltes SDK implementiert werden.
